VDOT, HRBT Expansion Project and Hampton Roads Connector Partners

Networking events hosted by Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP), the prime contractor for the Hampton Roads-Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) Expansion project. The $3.8 billion project was announced in April 2019 and is the largest transportation project in Virginia’s history. The purpose of the events is to increase access for small businesses by connecting 600 contractors (Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned (SWaM) ) with the project’s primary decision makers.
