A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Miami, chef Milton has worked tirelessly to hone his skills while working with the likes of renowned chef Owen Lane at Vagabond and various other establishments before starting at The Shaved Duck Restaurant as their sous chef.
