\nThe Richmond Times-Dispatch invites you to “Strong Voices,” a program honoring women whose vision, impact and commitment have served Richmond and Virginia.
\nHonorees include: Melissa Chase, Faith Flippo, Anne Lynam Goddard, Anne Holton, Adele Johnson, Enjoli Moon, Sister Vicky Segura, Vilma Seymour and Andrea Lynn White.
\n You’ll hear their stories in their own "Strong Voices" – personal reflections, tales of perseverance, sources of inspiration, and how they are extending the path for the next generation of women.
\n The "Strong Voices" program also will feature special remarks by historian Sandra Treadway, who in more than 40 years at the Library of Virginia has elevated women's history throughout the state.
\n "Strong Voices" will be held at Omni Richmond Hotel in Shockoe. Guests should arrive by 11 a.m.
\n A portion of proceeds from "Strong Voices" will benefit the Library of Virginia Foundation, in recognition of its preservation and promotion of culture and history in Virginia.
